moodorama is best known for their highly acclaimed downbeat album Music For Collapsing People released from the Stereo Deluxe label in 2000. Beside 4 full length albums they have done various remix jobs for artists like Czech, Marschmellows, Justin, Jimmy Cliff, Tower of Power and the French Télépopmusic.
Due to their distinctive style and sound, several compilations have licensed moodorama among them Café del Mar, Brazilectro, The White Room, Hugo Boss Complete Cool, Asia Lounge, The Karma Collection, Chillen & Grillen, Ambient Lounge and the Erotic Lounge.
Consequently the sound of moodorama has developed and resulted in the integration of Jazz, Latin, Breakbeat, Reggae, Easy Listening, Classic, Ethno, Big Beat, Deep House. Musical instruments such as guitar, contrabass and jazz-drum are also used and alluringly blend with synthesizer and sequencers.
