Zoltán Palásti Kovács and Konrád Pilisi founded The Lushlife Project two years ago and much longer since then have been inspiring people with electronic music which is going far beyond definitions of genre-bending entertainment. More than ten years of knowledge and research unify both of them - Kovács as musicologist and historian – Pilisi as radio presenter and well-known deejay. The symbiosis combines established sounds as well as innovations and experimental parts. On the one hand it goes well in comparison to international producers, on the other hand it is impossible to be compared to anything else because it is one-of-a-kind different. Classical singing mixed with Trip-Hop, RnB with House – the register of stylistic elements is endless and therefore every song can be seen as musical neologism! The borders between electronic sound and handmade music completely become fluid in their creations and provide space for relaxation, comfort and easygoing movement to the music. The latest release at Mole Listening Pearls brightly shines by bringing up remixes of “Mushroom Man” which you can find at their debut “Budapest Eskimos”. Ageless and trendsetting! |
