Zagar - Light LeaksŽagar are a five piece psychedelic electronica band based in Budapest that are turning heads across the globe with their forward thinking sound design, catchy melodies and multi sensory live shows. After recently giving away to fans their latest single, ‘Space Medusa’, as a free download the band are preparing the release of their second album ‘Light Leaks’ - 29th April. Part of the burgeoning eastern European electronic scene, Žagar create a fresh and unique sound based on wave rock, electronica and psychedelic soundscapes. The Hungarian band started out as three-fifths of the Yonderboi Quintet and after a few years and some critical success, keyboard player Balázs Zságer (Žagar’s namesake) and scratcher Dj Bootsie splintered off to form their own sound, exploring more experimental avenues in their music. They eventually added drummer Tibor Lázár, guitarist George Ligeti and bassist Ákos Zságer-Varga to complete the band and are now a hugely significant force on the Eastern European music scene. The talented band have already achieved strong critical acclaim, their last album ‘Cannot Walk, Fly Instead’ was nominated twice for the regional award at the MTV Europe Music Awards and entered the Top Ten in the music charts. The album won numerous awards, including the prestigious Hungarian Record Industry’s Fonogram Award and hit single, ‘Wings of Love’ featuring Underground Divas, earned heavy radio play and secured the Number One spot for MTV’s Video Chart. The band went on to accept second place in the Independent Songwriting Competition in the same year. Žagar are also attracting fans overseas, their music has been sampled in both short and feature films, and was included in the soundtrack for popular American TV dramas, CSI:Miami and CSI:New York, reaching millions of viewers worldwide. The band have so far played extensively over Europe including supporting Depeche Mode on their Budapest leg of their ‘Tour of the Universe’. Highly praised for their electrifying live sets, in which they consistently create an atmospheric and unforgettable live experience.
While preparing for the album, Žagar teamed up with the highly respected Bang & Olufsen to create a unique Facebook app in which fans could decode the first single from the album, Space Medusa’. The song was also warmly welcomed by international bloggers –
"Falling somewhere in between '70s cosmic rock and Daft Punk, Zagar mixes vocoder wizardry, epic synth build-ups and waves of atmospherics into a sci-fi soul" (Dialogueinc US) Their new album ‘Light Leaks’ explores expansive cinematic dreamscapes created with their perfect blend of cool guitar riffs, vintage synth sounds, psychedelic effects and Kraftwerk style vocoders. The lyrics and sonic textures weave a narrative through the album about, “inner conflicts between the rational down-to-earth mind and its restless, dreamy, other half” – Žagar. Pino Shamlou - DedicatedAt the beginning of 2000, Pino Shamlou had signed to labels such as Mole Listening Pearls, Auris or STIR15 contracts, but his restless spirit has been rather led him to travel around the world than sitting in a dark studio. Now he comes back in 2012 with his debut album "Dedicated", which he published in "Mole Listening Pearls" and delivers the same as a masterpiece of his art, in which Pino Shamlou documented his extraordinary story.
The album starts with the quiet and atmospheric melody "A Lovely Trick." This puts Pino us on a journey to all corners of the chill-music spectrum. Immensely distressing abundance, with a skilful fusion of modern depth. Other highlights on the album are working with the beautiful voice of Canteland La Muze. A voice that is layered over dreamy layers as free-form jazz exercises. Superb the breakbeats in songs like "Can Tell" or "Oh Luna Nueva."
"Shadi" is a Interpretaion a poem by Pino's sister about her grandfather, Ahmad Shamlou, for decades one of the most famous and popular Persian poet. Pino will follow in his footsteps, as he touches the soul with the beautiful atmosphere of "Shiningcityof a hill" - according to his love for music in its purest form and with plenty of depth.
This album is loaded with emotions and needs to be listened to, this really can believe anything. A worthy digipack with 20-page booklet with pictures of Pino personally selected his travels around the world. That makes the "dedicated" to an unusual CD. Pino Shamlou is seriously committed and passionate in quality and not many musicians can claim this talent for yourself.

Q-Point - On The RunIn the working world the Q-Point means the operating state. Almost six years have passed, while Eric Hunziker dreamed this new album. In the mood of subconscious, the album "On The Run" was hugely influenced as an expression. The working conditions for the new Q-Point Album were exceptionally long. Singer Yasmine became a mother, Eric devoted himself to various other musical projects. This activities in the fields of jazz, world and experimental influences the color of the new Q-Point pieces.
12 new tracks could be found on the Album , eight songs and four instrumental pieces. Besides the dreamy tunes Q-Point post critical tones. The song „Do You Believe“ questioned as we deal with the media and the flood of information, without leaving the view of the positive. Besides Yasmine's sophisticated harmonic vocal arrangements, Eric Hunziker guitar is still a cornerstone as companions and as a solo instrument of the music from Q-Point. Beside new sounds flows, there is also a very "old" tune on the album. "Tell Me" is one of Eric Hunziker first music pieces he had written as a musician. On the new album he wanted to produce a revised version of the song, to build a bridge between old and new.
The new Q-Point album is the operating status of the project. But sometimes life couldn´t be planed exactly. The Q-point is now, where sudden quantum leaps are possible! There is a sudden and quite unexpectedly clarity, as someone had pushed the button.

moodorama - SIXmoodorama submits their sixth studio album called SIX. Six years after their last album "My Name Is Madness," the album's title means, quite banal numbering. The side effect is that SIX sounds good and is very catchy. moodorama wanted any kind of "artificiality" in their new work refrain. With "Wondering Why” SIX opens with a wonderful sunny pop tune. The fact is that moodorama previously produced a pop album with another artist, and therefore a kind of Popmodus has rubbed off inevitably some songs on the new album. With almost six years of production, moodorama have noticeable left a lot of time, which they explained: "We let our creativity flow. There will inevitably accumulate a lot of ideas, or already half-finished songs that need to be sorted out or followed. Often we are dissatisfied after some time, pick another direction, or developing a different sound understanding. Since we do not want to stop or want to develop further and further, it is almost self-explanatory why the new album has so long in waiting". In addition to the Popmodus of "SIX" there is again the trademood of moodorama with incredible depth and relaxation in the tracks, caused by the tendency to melancholy. Everyone in moodorama is an incredibly sensitive Idividuum. Each of them could feel music and let flowing emotions and moods into the music. moodorama are pleased to announce all this according to the World. Available formats: CD, mp3.
Ohm-G - The Best of Ohm-GSince the 90s, the International DJ scene developed into an institution on the island. One of them is in Ohm-G. The Casino Royal - From Portugal With LoveLounge music is an invention of the 50s and 60s. Mood music, the dream of a pleasant luxury place. This Music was played in hotel lobbies, airport restaurants or Casinos and sought a balance between popular jazz and "light music" of the '20s. The Casino Royal are dedicated to this origin of lounge music. The second album from The Casino Royal "From Portugal with Love" continues with the musical moods and seamless story of their debut album "Dolce Vita". Again, the origins of lounge music from the 50s and 60s were celebrated in perfect mood music in widescreen format, which is dreamed of in a comfortable luxurious site. This Music fits perfectly in hotel lobbies, airport restaurants, bars, or just beside a roulette or blackjack table. This Music explores a balance between popular jazz and popular music of the '20s. The Casino Royal conjures again this wonderfully light songwriting with orchestral Drive, Mediterranean groove, soft acoustic-riffs and rainbow-colored melodies. Each song tells a little short story about “white shoes”, the moon, dangerous women and hot kisses. The focus is set on romantic love, with all its uncertainties. “From Portugal with Love” is a catchy soundtrack is for the cinema-in-mind between classic James Bond movies, a red convertible and Rimini Adriatic 70s disco . The portuguese musician around producer Pedro Janela seem to have deeply absorbed all this with love, desire and dedication, to bring again this classic sound to life. Acoustique Parfum - Cosmic DeviationBy definition a perfume is a fragrance composition that servespersonal well-being and self-representation. This is one of the most beautiful and closest names given for a music project: Acoustique Parfum. With their debut album "Cosmic deviation" appears just this perfect acoustic composition which devotes itself entirely to the well-being. However, the album title "Cosmic deviation" promises no ordinary journey through the familiar lounge sound galaxy. It is more like a trip through a Paralleluniversium. A deviation in the universe can express itself quite differently: The sudden abandonment of a fixed rail or a fixed path, measurement error in a physical experiment, an unexpected result of a mathematical formula or the inversion of gravity. Music is an emotional landscape: One path leads to the horizon, the path is measured, but can not be accurately calculated or predicted. A combination of emotion and mathematics. An apple falls from a tree, but he is high, instead of down. Acoustique Parfum is a project of the Dutch / German producer and video team Daan Apeldoorn / Johannes Bochmann and vocalist Jennifer Knecht. Thier musical vision of lounge music is supported by guitarplayer Thomas Helwig (A Taste of Within Pt. 2) and vocalist Julia Korst (Space Abduction). Available formats: CD, mp3.
nor elle - 2nd HomeThe space is defined by three dimensions. Height, width and depth. Likewise, ll the physical processes are playing in space. A space is also a home. nor elle (aka Terry Lee Brown Junior) is a master of space and home. No other musician has developed such a perfect sounddesign in all dimensions on his albums. The innovation is to fill the same four walls always with new fresh colors, shapes, objects, and above all with the magical depth. The result is a work of art, that flatters the senses and creates an unprecedented well-being, that goes far beyond a simple listening over. In a nutshell: nor elle created with „2nd Home“ one of the most perfect downbeat albums. A single peak of sound culture, virtuosity and serenity. A masterpiece and a milestone. „2nd Home“ is the fifth album nor elle, which focuses on wide scapes reduced melodic. A safe place, where thunderstorms go by and donates the fireplace heat. An album that conveys a sense of home as if you are in 2nd Home. Available formats: CD, mp3.

Yonderboi - Passive ControlAfter long years of work the author of unique and successful albums “Shallow and Profound” (2000) and “Splendid Isolation” (2005) is back with his new long-player, “Passive Control”, which is considered to be the third, closing part of the trilogy. “Passive Control” is another typical contradictory, multilayered Yonderboi title that can be explained in different ways. One of them refers to the constantly changing and unpredictable economical/social situation of today, which is witnessed by most of us inertly, hoping that this recession-thing “gets sorted out” soon. The album’s opening song “Sustainable Development” is an equally beautiful and sarcastic interpretation of this phenomenon, featuring the suggestive voice of Edward Ka-Spel - who can be familiar already from the previous album’s closing song “Even if you are victorious”. “Passive Control” could also describe the typical mindset that social networking sites create. You sign up, put yourself in the little showroom, and then you WAIT. Like fishing. Sometimes you throw in some bait, but secretly you hope that one day something unexpected will pull the other end of the line.” And the above-mentioned method is not just a plain theoretic observation, as it was also used in practice. Actually, Yonder found the album’s female voice via myspace: the previously unreleased young German singer Charlotte Brandi. The goal was to create the sister-sequel of “Splendid Isolation”, so having female voice on the new album was of key importance. Like every Yonderboi record “Passive Control” is as well a diverse, story-like collection of songs, with a strong personal background. Even though the eleven songs are spread on a large-scale of styles, compared to the earlier works it is a bit less eclectic. Yonder produced and mixed the entire record alone in his Budapest home studio, the aim was to develop a more electronic and skeletonized version of his sound. The whole album has an elusive feel of utopia, which can be explained easily by Yonder’s love for science fiction ever since he was a kid. Jean Gireaud Moebius the legendary French comics artist, Russian sci-fi movie “Kin-Dza-Dza”, or Hungarian cult-film “Meteo” are just a few examples that inspired him during the making of “Passive Control”. Märtini Brös - Moved By MountainsPartners in music for over 12 years, Berlin based duo Clé and Mike Vamp are the inimitable Märtini Brös. They released 3 full length albums and countless singles with a rich, playful and catchy electronic sound that helped define a movement for a generation of more refined club-goers. Now the Brös are back with their fourth longplayer; a majestic, dextrous voyage through the many styles and zones the pair share a passion for. 'Moved By Mountains' is a fully-fledged achievement in both sound and songwriting. Settling in to the peaceful and positive vibes of 'Overture', the album gets underway with the amazing textures of 'Jericho' - a sentimental slow jam which sets the tone for the warm electronica elements found throughout the album. Quickly flipping the switch with the modern pop of 'Stay Amazing' feat. Manye Thompson's distinctive vocal message, a veritable treat lies in store with addictive, post-modern songs like 'Jolly Good Time', 'Why' feat. Louie Austen, or the spine-tingling 'The Door'. The smokey tones of Eric D. Clark are spread thickly over 'Physics', once again carrying a unique message; synth pop moments flow with 'Gang Of Two', full of uplifting, positive moments, while the more experimental electronics of 'Beautiful Children Of Mumu' or 'Little Nemo' highlight the duo's skills behind their collection of analog gear. The astounding work draws to a close with the simply epic 'Yellow' and 'End Of The Year' which really brings out Clé's singing voice - which features on many of the album's songs. Over 14 songs, casually and expertly merging production skill and seasoned ears with beautiful melodic passages, guest instrumentation and choice vocalists, 'Moved By Mountains' is surely their greatest achievement to date. A kiss is not only the act of pressing one's lips against the lips of another person or of an object. A kiss is a emotional and romantic statement. The new single of The Casino Royal is looking for a kiss. The song is gospel oath of desire, love, passion and seduction. Like kissing James Bond on a reclining seat of a Aston Martin. The Casino Royal conjures with "You'll give me that kiss" again a wonderfully light songwriting with orchestral Drive, Mediterranean groove, soft acoustic- riffs and rainbow-colored melodies. The single is taken from their current Mole Listening Pearls Album "From Portugal with Love". This is music that celebrates the origins of lounge music from the 50s and 60s in perfect mood widescreen format. A perfect hot kiss will be expected! Available Formats: mp3.
While they are working on their new album, Naomi don't let anybody but their fans peer behind the scenes: New songs are being tested during several live gigs with the amazing new foursome line-up, lastly in Istanbul by the end of January, in Moscow in April and especially at their next gig at the "Lido" in Berlin, on March 16th. As the finishing of the album may take some more time, Naomi now release "the secret weapon" of their last album "The Big Shapes" as their new single: Last year, "Candy Floss" was supposed to be released as a single more than once, but every time something intervened - last a video shoot was canceled because the director suddenly got lost, although one hundred hula dancers were already booked. Particularly gratifying, the highly-energetic Glam-Pop-Track will now bring the spring break forward: "Candy Floss" by Naomi will be out on March 1st as iTunes-EP including three additional live tracks. Available Formats: mp3.
Naomi - I'll Be The PastSleep is a naturally recurring state characterized by reduced or absent consciousness. The Music of Naomi was always a sleeping beauty. After four albums Naomi’s qualities are no longer a secret to the international scene: the British star producers Xenomania (Pet Shop Boys, Sugababes) recently asked the Berliners for a sample (and they got it), Naomi’s three year old track „Needle On The Record“ is a constant seller in the US iTunes store, and their Myspace and Facebook pages are full of declarations of love by fans from Russia to Mexico and from Texas to Taiwan. The "Rolling Stone magazine" described Naomi as “wondrous“. They still are. This is the final single from "The Big Shapes" before the Band Naomi enters with the energy of spring into the work for their next album. The last track, the final chord of "The Big Shapes" should be brought into the light and float out like most unusual music: Quiet, almost entirely without a beat, a minimally orchestrated vocoder prayer; implemented electronically, but in essence more of a folk song with a chorus as simple and clear as a nursery rhyme. It is a bitter-sweet of life and death, and gives insight into our own mortality. The events are - a birth, a death - are very real! So "I'll Be The Past" is Naomi's most personal song. But certainly one of its most beautiful. Available format: mp3.
Zagar - Never The SameFrom the heart of the thriving Eastern European electronica scene, prolific Hungarian five-piece Zagar present an EP of exclusive remixes courtesy of cutting-edge artists Cottonmouth, Miami Kidz, Demon Superior, AMB and Yesman. It is the latest innovative flourish from a band that has built a reputation for combining powerful hit-driven tracks with cinematic moods- a recipe for deliciously atmospheric records and astonishing live shows. This latest EP is something of an evolution of creativity, with each collaborator taking the anthemic sound of 'Never The Same' and moulding it into new, exciting shapes each step of the way. Whether it's the irresistible dubstep breaks introduced by Cottonmouth, the summery pop vibe of Demon Superior's re-working or the spacey wonky beat track by AMB, it really is a fine demonstration of the incredible scope of musical possibility. Of course, that's not to overlook the song itself. The original cut's vibrant soul was captured perfectly in an ambitious single-take video that was left unedited. Being joined by the official fire brigade band with a sumptuous brass section, this performance sums up the sense of mood and drama that Zagar so freely evoke. In fact, their sound is so uniquely affecting that they have also seen their music being incorporated into short feature films and theatre- as well as featuring on American TV series, CSI. Their runaway success has meant that Zagar have become one of the most sought out acts at festivals and clubs across Europe. Performing since 2001, they have performed in ten different countries which has also seen them sharing a stage with Depeche Mode on their Tour of the Universe in 2009. With plans for the next studio album already underway, 2012 is set to be another flourishing year for Zagar. Available format: mp3; Video: Never The Same (Miami Kidz Remix).

LoZee - Blind"Blind!! A word, a song and Lozee's statement on environmental protection. Least 800,000 liters of oil per day flowed into the Gulf of Mexico. Another disaster - the next environmental disaster is just a matter of time. "This is the year of the policy." Lozee's first single "Blind", taken from the debut album "Tell It to the Sea", starts with this question. He also asks in, why the leaders of this world operate far from being a more consistent environment and whether the fuel-driven cars are still up-to-date?
Hella Wenders, niece of the largest German filmmaker Wim Wenders, and Luca Lucchesi have teamed up in Nice with Lozee and filmed the video for Blind over three days. Video: Naomi - Fujiyama (Live @ Privatclub Berlin)Naomi recorded live the song "Fujiyama" at the Privatclub in Berlin from the 26th of November 2011. The song "Fujiyama" is taken from the album "The Big Shapes", the fifth Album from Naomi on Mole Listening Pearls. The song is an electro blues with elegiac Melodica and a downright symphonic final. On this album, the abundance of ideas, the songwriting, the attitude -- everything has grown bigger, louder and sharper in the Naomi universe. Bernd Lechler and Nico Tobias still show the odd fit of incurable melancholy, but this time any world weariness comes clad in choruses that make you want to shout "Holy Kylie!". The overall sound of the album reminds one of... well, nothing else, really. Massive backbeats carry scratchy guitar riffs, buzzing synths cut through gentle electric piano lines as the Berlin duo digs deep into the pop vocabulary of the past four decades. Are they blind, so blind?” "Blind" is the first single from this outstanding album. Hella Wenders, niece of the largest German filmmaker Wim Wenders, and Luca Lucchesi have teamed up in Nice with Lozee and filmed the video for "Blind" over three days. "As more often we have heard "Blind" as more inspired us the song and accompanied everyday life," explained Hella Wenders their motivation for video. "The song is more relevant than ever, and stands for itself. For us it was a delightful challenge images to this strong musical appeal to find". "This is also the background why get such a powerful, visual packaging. Video: Blind. Video: Interviews with members of the band The BurhornThe project "The Burhorn" lives from the co-production with many different artists from Hamburg and Berlin. A lot of different artists contributed to the beautiful result of the first album: Beauty Of The Beast. The jazz trumpeter Thomas Burhorn and the Hip Hop producer Michael Paetz (aka Der Algorhythmiker) come together to make this album - jazzy Trip Hop with an eye for details, the warm sound of real instruments and the nostalgic crackle of long forgotten samples. The idea to fuse jazz with different styles isn’t new, yet The Burhorn create an independent, contemporary sound which convinces through its’ authenticity. Jazz listeners who want to hear strong bass drum and hip hop fans, who can differ a bass clarinet from a hookah will be more than satisfied. Naomi talks about "The Big Shapes"A glorious chorus, which, once heard, you'll never get out of your ears again. A not less striking, powerful beat that sounds like a reminiscence of Phil Collins' most energetic moments. And the heart-rending story of a great love that cannot be. In short: a favorite song. "Morning Belle" is the new single by the Berlin electropop duo Naomi, as typically original as it is compellingly destined for the charts, a roaring harbringer of the new album "The Big Shapes". Naomi have been known for their flair for soft melodies, but this time songwriter and sound hacker Bernd Lechler and Nico Tobias seem to have thrown all noble reservations overboard: like "The Big Shapes“, the whole new album sounds wilder, flashier, tighter, it oscillates between being spartanic and opulent, black-and-white and color, fun and profundity, pop and prog – a goody bag and a great accomplishment. For more info about the album and the new songs, please listen to: Naomi talks about "The Big Shapes". Mole Listening Pearls - The Collection Vol. 1 - Vol. 31996 wasn´t an outstanding year in its historical dimensions. Comet Hyakutake was discovered, and the Nintendo 64 came on the market. The 20th Century splashed slowly and gently towards the Millennium. But it was a year for a new music trend: The final neon glow and the green laser effects in dry ice fog in the 80ies were warped. The electronic music drew from the techno temples into cozy living rooms, quiet bars and comfortable lounges. A new generation has grown up and got the label Mole Listening Pearls, a new sense of life tailored to the body. In the beginning it was just an experiment: An open production with an uncertain outcome. The "Mole sound" soaked in his great sensitivity and sensuality. For the first time Mole Listening Pearls brings together a retrospective in three parts, first, the beginning of 1996 - 2000, the development of the Sound by 2001 - 2005, and ultimately the development from 2006 until today. A series from the excellent range of benefits to artists, having placed the label in the last 14 years to light: Audio Lotion, Lemongrass, Alphawezen, Naomi, nor elle, Lahr, Yonderboi, Khoiba and many more. Available releases: Vol. 1 (1996 - 2000), Vol. 2 (2001 - 2005), Vol. 3 (2006 - 2009).
